Chester R. Hartman went to be with the Lord September 29, 2009 after a courageous battle of COPD and CHF. Proceeded in death by parents Leonard and Bonnie Hartman and sister, Cindy Reeder. Survived by his wife Ila M. Hartman, children, Amy {Danny} Terry and Steve Hartman, Stepchildren, Naomi {Roy} Savage, Adam {Tara}Boyett, Bobbie {Kenneth} Williams and Eric Boyett. Brothers Vince, Greg, Rodney, Mick, Barry and Larry Menke, sister Sandra Jones and 13 grandchildren. Family will receive friends Thursday from 6-8 PM at the Hilliard Rospert Funeral Home. Funeral service will be conducted by Pastor Tim Ehlers on Friday at 10 AM at the Funeral Home.
