Mary Weaver, 92, of Barberton went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, July 30, 2015. She was born July 10, 1923 in Wooster, OH to Reed and Mina Price. Mrs. Weaver was a graduate of Wadsworth High School, and was a life member of Reimer Road Baptist Church where she worked as the Secretary/Treasurer for 30 years. Mary was loved and respected by everyone who knew her. Her faith was paramount throughout her life and she is described as selfless, generous, servant-hearted, joyful, sweet, friendly and had a smile that lit up the room.

She was preceded in death by her infant daughter and nine brothers and sisters and sister-in-law Vivian Ruch.

Mrs. Weaver is survived by her husband Sam with whom she celebrated 68 years of marriage, their children: Samuel Jr. ( Joanna) of Florida, Dennis (Jeanette) of Barberton, Carol ( Steve) of TX and James (Dot) of FL. There are 8 grandchildren: Mary, Jennifer, Melissa, Daniel, Ben, David, Kyle and Julia, 12 great grandchildren: Russell, Hunter, Landon, Samuel, Kaycee, Ashley, Christian, Titus, Hannah, Alexander, Averie and Silas.

She is also survived by two sisters: Edna Bales, Ruby Andress, brother-in-law Clarence Ruch and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends 5-8 PM Friday (TODAY) at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth and one hour prior to services from 11-12 noon, Saturday at Reimer Rd. Baptist Church, 1055 Reimer Rd., Wadsworth where funeral services will be conducted at 12 noon with Pastor Jim Newton officiating.

Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Wadsworth.
