Mary E. Wagner (nee Gore), 83, of Wadsworth passed away Thursday, October 22, 2009. Born February 19, 1926 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Frank M. and Dorothea Gore.
Mrs. Wagner earned a B.S. in Occupational Therapy from Ohio State University and worked 7 years at Cleveland Receiving Hospital. She was also a former member of the Wadsworth Hospital Auxiliary. She dedicated her life to her family and friends, and opened her heart to everyone.
Mrs. Wagner is survived by her husband Richard, with whom she would have celebrated 57 years of marriage on November 1, 2009, daughters and sons-in-law Sandy and Robert Harlan of Norton, and Laurel and Paul Boni of Boulder, CO, and son and daughter-in-law Rick and Sheryl Wagner of Portland, OR. There are two grandchildren Andrew and Joel Hyde of Boulder, CO also surviving.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 PM Tuesday and one hour prior to services from 10-11 Am Wednesday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St. Wadsworth. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
