Donald H. Sauser, 70, of Norton passed away Monday, January 18, 2010. He was born March 24, 1939 in Stone Creek, OH and was a member of Grace Church in Norton. Mr. Sauser was a U.S. Army Veteran, retired from Bridgestone/Firestone Tire and Rubber and Malencrott, Inc. His love in life was spending time with his family and following his children’s sporting events.
He was preceded in death by his mother Bonnie Sauser and brother Dick Sauser.
Don is survived by his wife Roberta with whom he celebrated 42 years of marriage, his children; Amy Sauser of Wadsworth, Benjamin (Angie) Sauser of Wadsworth, Donalyn Sauser of Aurora, Ill, Jamie (Gwen) Sauser of Lacey, WA, two grandsons Jaiden Sauser and Benjamin Sauser Jr., his father Delbert Sauser of Copley and two sisters Thelma (Bill) Davis of Seville and Velma Boss of Copley and brother in law Charles (Butch) Boone of New Philadelphia.
The family will receive friends 6-9 PM Wednesday at the Hilliard-Rospert Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth where a memorial service will be conducted at 10:00 AM Thursday with Pastor Robert Combs officiating.
